Hi I am hoping someone can help, have a 99 grand caravan and after the van is drove 4 or five miles and you turn the left turn signal on it stays on does not blink just locks up and keeps the lights on steady. also if you shut it off the left rear light stays on. The bulbs are all good. Any help would be great.

It might be the flasher, it is in the fuse / relay panel down by the brake pedal. When the light stops flashing, try tapping on the flasher to see if they start again. It is the taller of the relays in the panel.
