The transmission on my 02 Grand Caravan Sport 3.3 V6, makes a noticeable clunk noise, and slight vibration when it hits 30 MPH while DECELERATING. I have had the transmission fluid flushed and refilled, but the problem persists.

Does this spell trouble for the transmission down the road, and is there anything I can do to prevent it?

 

It could, but have you had the controllers ck for update? I would also need to know the CVI readings( Clutch Volume Idex).
