Default 05 caravan overcharging???

Hello everybody, I am in quite a pickle and would REALLY appreciate some help. I have an 05 caravan w/ a 3.3L (is a conversion handicap van). It has an overcharging problem that I cannot pin. I have replaced the PCM, alternator, rewired the generator control circuit, inspected the battery temp sensor and circuit, rewired the alt. ground circuit and inspected all other engine grounds...but it still is charging around 15-16v's and all interior lights, exterior lights pulsate w/ no other problems???? any suggestions would be greatly helpful!! Thank you much!

First it would be nice to know what it thinks it is charging. The wire it looks at for battery voltage is different from the altenator wires. If that wire is corroded somewhere and reading lower than actual voltage then you would get a constant overcharge.

the car wants to see usually around 13.6-13.9v's and is reading that it's charging to 15-16v's. So it's seeing the overcharging problem but will not or cannot fix itself. I have inspected all of the factory wiring and everything checks out ok. I have started disconnecting some of the conversion components but still no luck

Where are you looking at the charging voltage, dash gauge or PCM with a scan tool?
