My sister used my car today, and while driving into the drive way, she changed from drive to reverse, and the shifter basically doesn't shift anymore. (the stick that shifts from drive/reverse/etc) I'm pretty sure it's not the transmission, but more so maybe the wire behind the shifter, cause I've been having issues putting the stick in park correctly. Is this an easy fix? Any advice?

 

Nvm, I took the steering column apart and found the wire was disconnected. I put it back together but it doesn't seem as tight as it should be, but it works. Thanks!
