06 grand caravan sxt 3.8L
I am getting 23 highway and 13 city.
what can be done to increase the city mpg.
Vehicle is all stock and want to get some opinions from here before spending money.

Do you have a lot of mileage on the van? All you can do is change spark plugs and wire set and air filter.Also replace the fuel filter too. Run your tire pressure at 40 PSI. This may help, but city mileage is always changing to the way we drive.

 

Van has just under 49,000. Thought about maybe a cold air intake. I take it easy around town because I want to get the most I can out of the mileage with the way gas is.

 

The spark plugs get replace 60k, You can change them at anytime. Replace the plug wires too.
