Default changing serpantine belt

Can someone offer some tips that will help me change this belt on an 05 Caravan with a 3.3? Do you access the tensioner from the bottom? Do I need to remove the passenger wheel inner splash guard? Looks darn near impossible from the the top.

I'm going by my 2001 3.8L but they should be pretty similar. Remove the air cleaner housing and you have a good shot at it using a swivel.

A serpentine belt tool makes the job soooo easy. I got at my tensioner from underneath with the tool. The serpentine splash guard has to be removed to get at the belt and the tensioner.
