I've looked through a bunch of posts here on how to fix the black wire channel thing but I have broken pieces & need to replace the channel. Can anyone direct me as to where I might purchase the replacement channel parts & or maybe a part number I can cross reference.

You'll need to replace the wire harness assy. Once they break, thats it. Give the dealer the last 9 of the vin and they can give you the part number and price.
