03 DC replaced ecm, cam, crank sensor no start

Yep tested fuel pressure. replaced the cam sensor, crank sensor. Sometimes it'll run just like new for several miles (even went a week once) then just start stalling again. We got the tcm exposed and it's all corroded and held on by zip ties, not sure if that could be part of the problem or not but we cleaned it and bolted it like it was suppose to be and still stalls, not sure if replacing the tcm would help. I'm convinced it's a wiring harness it throws the cam sensor code but that has been replaced (so maybe the harness going to the cam sensor?), we have replaced the harness going to the map sensor what not. sorry i'm about out of money and ideas.

The harness we replaced (going to map sensor, and injectors, ect) was all bare on the end by the plug. as for the other harness going to the Throttle control sensor, ect I have started to open the end by where it plugs into the tcs but haven't went to far yet into it yet(we also have changed the tcs, and map sensor 3 times)

Still no progress,
I have now changed the wiring harness all together (with a used one). cleaned all contacts in the fuse box. Runs just like new for awhile then starts running rough and the tack needle will jump and seems like the fans don't run when this is happening, and it gets kinda hot (fans do run when this is not happening). pulling my hair out on this van.
