Hi there, I wonder if anyone can help me. My father, who is a big man lets say... uses the steering wheel a lot to get in and out of his 2002 caravan, until one day he said the tilt didnt move for him anymore. I removed the column covers to find a piece of the top of the column, that when you pull the tilt lever has cracked.Its a white metal part, that uses a roll pin to move the two flat gears to whichever position you desire.Its hard to explain, but i called chrysler and its not serviceable, so id have to but the entire bare column to get this little piece.Other than searching for a 2002-2006 caravan to rob it from at the auto wrecker, are there any cars or trucks that might share the same column,from similar years so that would expand my search?? I had tried the 1997 ish generation caravan, and that piece looks close, same principle...but not quite.thanks in advance all!!!

'01 - '07 minivan should work for that. No other Chrysler vehicle uses that column sorry to say but hard to believe you cant find a minivan in the scrap yard.
