I am not very technical at all. However I am wondering how to deal with this. When I turn the A/C on it just blows hot air, as well when I accelerate there is a very loud revving noise..... Any ideas what is causing this, what steps I should take and finally how much this will cost?

 

Should have the a/c system ck for freon, and service if needed and ck for leaks. You could be hearing the fan coming on?
