Default 97 Grand caravan 3.3

i did the on and off key code thing and im getting the code

P0055 HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 1, Sensor 3)

the van is getting fuel to the rail but not the cylinders

its getting power to the coil but not the plugs

i found this list of stuff

Blown oxygen sensor fuse
Open circuit in oxygen sensor harness
Open circuit internal to oxygen sensor
Open circuit in PCM
Short circuit in oxygen sensor harness
Short circuit internal to oxygen sensor

and im not sure were to even start can anyone help

Default Update un the Problem

well after 10 hours of check any and every thing i could i found out it was a bad ground wire on my crankshaft sensor put a jumper wire on it (yea i know not a real fix but way faster the traceing it down) and van is running good now
