Default 96 dodge caravan ac problems

Put a new ac belt on. Then found out it was out of freon filled it with a 2 cans. Now the compressor is still cycling put blowing off pressure on the pressure valve on on the compressor. And also the clutch freezes for a min then starts again. Any ideas? Possibly put a new compressor on?

Welcome to DF
The H-valve may have a blockage, causing the pressure valve to blow out freon. Or you have too much freon in the system.

Default AC issue

Do you have a set of gauges? If so you want to see (on a +80 F day) 30-40 PSI on the low side and 190 psi- 220 psi on the high side.

The H-valve looks like a block with lines going into it. Passenger side going towards the bulkhead/firewall.
