Tizzy, i came across this older post from you to someone else. is there any type of reset or diagnostic like this i can try on mine 2008 sxt caravan 3.8?

There is a calibration and self diagnostic that can be run from the control head. You turn the blower speed to high, the mode to panel, the temp to cold. Simultaniously hold down the rear wiper and rear washer buttons for 5 seconds or until all the button lights illuminate. Then the rear wipe and rear intermittent wipe led's will flash alternately. When calibration is complete, just the rear wipe led should flash. If there is a code, the rear wipe led will flash once and then the intermittent wipe led will flash a code.

sorry dude, the RT is entirely scan tool for everything. The only thing you can do is try and jump power and ground to the actuator and see if it moves but other than that, you'll need a scan tool.
