1. Where in the heck is the Powertrain Control Module located in a 2005 Grand Caravan SXT (3.8L, 6 cyl.)? I've tried Googling it and come up with zilch.

2. It appears that the BCM module is located under the driver's side dash (white with 4 connectors). Is this correct?

PCM is in front of the battery.
BCM
REMOVAL
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove lower steering column cover and knee blocker reinforcement.
Disconnect two wire connectors from bottom of Body Control Module (BCM) .
Remove bolts holding the BCM to the dash panel mounting bracket.
Remove the BCM from the mounting bracket.
INSTALLATION
Install the BCM onto the mounting bracket.
Install the bolts holding the BCM to dash panel mounting bracket.
Connect two wire connectors to the bottom of the BCM.
Install the lower steering column cover and knee blocker reinforcement.
Connect the battery negative cable.
