Default Cruise Control

I have a 1997 Caravan. My cruise control has stopped working. The light will not even turn on. My horn still works so I do not believe it is an issue with the clockspring. I am hoping it is just a fuse or relay issue but cannot figure out which fuse or relay is related to the cruise control. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no fuse, it is all fed by the PCM. Almost going to need a scan tool to tell the faulty component

it sure can be the clockspring. I've had them fail where nothing works, I've had them where the horn didn't work and everything else did, I've had horn but nothing else and so on. so don't discount the clockspring unit you'd actually tested it.
