97 Caravan. Fan only works on high speed. Any help? Told some kind of resistor or switch under dash.

 

theres a resistor thingy under the hood that gives you the lower speeds of the heater fan. that part is pretty cheap and not to hard to fix. the resistor is under the wiper module right behind the passenger side strut tower.
