I have a 1999 Grand Caravan w/3.3 engine. It turned 300,000 miles a couple of days ago. I've had no major issues, just the usual maintenance.

I have a 2005 grand caravan SXT with 3.8l V6, no engine rebuild. Just passed 222222 miles, took a picture of the odometer

To update a really old post my 2000 with the 3.0 was retired with a rod knock in 2015 with 335000 miles on her. It is still sitting in the back yard.

I have a 2000 dodge caravan 3 3 V6 flex fuel and It Has 323495 . So with high mileage and still driving daily would dodge consider trading me a newer van perhaps.
