my 2003 3.3 caravan power button for the fan only lights up when i turn the headlights on,now the fan quiet working and the engine light is on but goes out once in a while ,any suggestions would be appreciated. just bought the van.

 

do you mean the yellow led for the power button on the hvac controls? If that doesn't light up then the blower motor won't work. The engine light is a different problem, you will need to do the key dance and see what codes it displays in the odometer.
