Master Tech You are the Best. You were very much right on the money. I took apart that wiring harness that the map sensor wires goes into and just before where it connects to the other main wire harness there were ten wires all melted together. They were to the map sensor, #6 injector wires, and others. It is Amazing that this van would even start up with all of that shorting out. ANyway I will post once I rewire this mess and get it all back up and running again just to make sure that was it. My only hope is that it did not damage the PCM somehow?
