So the other day, I had my iPhone hooked up to one of the walkman tape things with the wire and in the tape player of the van. It was working fine, and all of a sudden it spits out the tape and im like wtf.
i tried puttin it back in and the arrows on the display change directions a couple of times and then it ejects again. This also happens with a regular tape. What could be the culprit here?

 

You could have problem with tape head in the radio. I have had the same type of problem with my cd deck. So i went a bought a new deck.
