Default Sqeaking Belt?

I have squeaking going on inside my 2000 dodge caravan. 3.0 engine.
Don't know if it's the belt. How do I isolate if maybe it's coming from a alternator or tension wheel? When I step on the accelerator it goes away.
AC on or off has no effect.

well take off the belt and feel the movement of the other parts. a/c has a separate belt so of course it won't have any affect on the alt/p.s belt

I found the squeak on my Caravan. It was coming from the Spring Tensioner Arm.
For some odd reason the center bolt bends after awhile.
First confirm that the Spring Tensioner pulley is aligned with the rest of the pulley.
If belt alignment is off, need to change the whole Spring Tensioner Arm.
