since you have it at a shop, let them figure it out. it's a lot easier to diagnose the problem if the diagnostician has the vehicle at their disposal, we on the internet have no connection to confirm or denounce any symptom-cause effect.
The only part of the sensor system for the cam and the crank that I had not replaced was the wiring between them and the pcm and the tcm. I replaced the crank sensor wire last and that fixed the problem.
