the van is a 2009 grand caravan, what color wire is the "Back up lamp driver wire on the BCM" and is it located under the dash up by the drivers left foot? thanks

 

Keppdogg without knowing the exact year of your van Ijust "assumed it was a 01-07 model as thats what this thread s description was.
but you say its a 09 unfortunatley the 09's are wired a bit differently
there is nor reverse light driver wire anymore
look at this wiring diagram (it looks like you can tap into the splice in the middle of the floor and will achieve the result your looking for)

Is there another FSM out there that dives into electrical. The section in this FSM seems a little skimpy. Looking in particular to the wire diagrams of the UConnect modules and wire harnesses as well as all of the places where connections need to be made. Perhaps there was a supplement UConnect install manual that they had.
