Default Clicking sound and nothing works

Hi.
I have a Dogde Caravan from 2002 and since yesterday I have a problem. I bought that car yesterday and everything was fine but today when I walked to my car I heard a clicking in the front of the car.
In the first moment I thougt it was not my car but then i could see, that nothing in my car works. Even the digital clock from the radio doesn't work. Then I found the clicking, it is the "front wiper on relay" and I think my battery is now completely empty.
Normaly a battery works a little bit, you can see dimming lights or something else but nothing? And why is the relay clicking. But the clicking is now quiet down.
What can be the reason for that problem?

Welcome to DF
You could have either a draw or a bad battery. I would have it recharged and tested.

Now I know a little bit more.
I have started my car with an other Battery and everything worked. First I thought that I forgot to switch off the front wiper because it was not exactly on the off position but then, I was in my gym with my car and than I saw that my front wipers are on by themself and then, the battery was empty again and the clicking was back.
So, I removed the relay, that this will not happen again. Tomorrow, I will change the relay with one of the other to see if it is the relay before I buy a new one für 27 Dollar.
The battery is from 02/2010.
But what can it be, when it is not the relay?

anything can cause a draw on the battery. to test for a draw, you need to have an amp meter connected in line. If you have a draw, you start pullling fuses until it goes away to narrow down the system and go from there.
