Default 2006 Caravan blinkers quit working sometimes

I just bought this Caravan as a work van last week and its giving me some grief.
The blinkers will just randomly stop working after you flip the switch. If I push the Hazard switch they will come on. I immediately thought it was the flasher and went to Autozone to get one. They don't have a part number for it and neither does Advance. Anyone know where the little clicker is and what the part number for it is? Or, is that even the issue?

You may have to get it from the dealer.

I have messed with it more and I don't think it is in the flasher. Sometimes when I flip the switch up for a right turn, the left blinker comes on!!
WTF?

bump
It seems to have something to do with the tilt wheel as it seems to work ok with Wheel up. When I pull it down It stats going wacky. Today for a little while the right side started blinking in double time as if a bulb was out? Then it went back to normal.
