Default 97 Caravan Tail light assy removal

I can't seem to figure out how to unplug the wiring harness from the tail light assembly on a 97 grand caravan. I slid the red tab over all the way and it still wont unplug. Ideas?

Thanks!

Welcome to DF
You can try a pocket screw driver and lift the lock up to release.

I'm not sure I know what you mean, what "lock" are you referring to?

Thanks!

The red tab keeps the lock from lifting up and slide off.

I got it, the replacement part I ordered from ebay, was missing the black plastic push tab that disengages the lock, so i had to pry off the clip (they had just cut the wires), on the car the clip was still in place so I just pushed it and it slid right off.

Thanks!
