It really sucks when its raining just lightly and I switch on the wipers on slow setting, then all of a sudden it spins out of control and wipes like a maniac even after the rain stops and even if I already took the keys out!

I tap the fuse box and it stops.

Just a fuse problem?

 

The problem could be in the front control module, Have the module checked for codes.
