have a 1998 dodge caravan my fans were staying on when my car was shut off pulled fuse to stop fans then reinstall fuse and started car up fans dont come back on and car is over heating what do i do helpless in florida

 

The radiator fan relays were recalled on this model for that reason. the recall number was 771. I am not sure if it is still a recall or not, you will have to contact your local dealer. Otherwise you could replace it yourself. It is on the frame rail below the air filter housing.
