i have a acura,and recently i was on the acura forum,and they explained how to hook a aftermarket alarm shock sensor(viper,clifford,python,etc) to a factory alarm.so i did and it worked great.A truck with a system went bye,set it off,and when it passed the alarm shut off,and didnt chirp forever.my viper did but the factory didnt.So now i want to do this to my mini,only i dont know the location of the alarm brain,and i dont know the location of the hood sensor wires(2)or the colol.>then you power the sensor(+)(-),and tie it to the steering colum.< if anyone can help thats all the info i need ,more might be to much for the wrong reader.

2003 sxt caravan,3.3 L,trim h5l5.>>>any sensor will work,they all heve the same wires,blu,green,blk(-),and red(+),the green and blu goes to the hood sensors,and python,viper,and orion,and ppi,are all owned by directed electronics,and they cant help with dodge info.i know how to do it i just need to be pointed in the right direction,i called the dealer,and they think im trying to steel a van.so they dont help.
