Default How to install a wheel stud on a 2000 Dodge Caravan

Does anyone have an idea on how to install a wheel stud on a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I'm was able to remove the brake caliper and rotor to access the wheel hub and remove the broken wheel stud. But for some reason, i can't figure out on how to install the new stud. There just isn't enough space back there. Unless i remove the wheel hub and i don't want to do that. I'm a rookie and i don't want to mess around too much.
Anyone have a trick for this procedure.

Thanks

I have a stud installer from mac/snap-on to install the studs. I use a brass hammer to knock the studs out.

I've never had any problems with installing new wheel studs on these vans. It's really easy. to properly press them into position, I use a special bearing I made to use with the lug nut and tightening the lug nut to 100ft lbs, I'm able to properly seat the stud.
