okay MOPAR people, heres a story for you. my friend recently questioned me about his van saying that it no longer would start. so i went over to this house to see what was wrong. #1 battery was dead, # 2 when battery was replaced with know good battery, van would not turn over. #3 auto shutdown relay was make horrendous noise. changed relay. van turns over.# 4 van turns over but does not start. #5 NO CELs............. im not a dodge guy so im new to this. give me some pointers.

Did you cover the basic's. Ck for spark at the plugs? And fuel pressure. If you have both, remove the spark plugs and ck them for been soaked with fuel.
