2001-2007 blend door replacement?
I have a high-mileage 01 caravan and have an issue with the blend door.
The bottom section/shaft that sticks down and connects to the actuator broke off. I hit a bunch of different JY's in the area this weekend, and nobody had an 01-07 van on the lot (a TON of 96-00's though).
I tried to epoxy it back on to the surrounding plastic and metal shield, but that lasted a day before it broke again.
Anyone know if the dealer sells a replacement door? I just need the bottom half. Any other ideas?

does anyone have an exploded view diagram of the 01-07 heater box/blower motor with part number references?
I have seen it called both the air recirculation door and the blend door...
I have seen some people refer to a "blend door shaft" that's a $2 part, I have heard others refer to a $30 part with no p/n, and still others have been told they have to order a completely new box (whole unit) for $350....

Inlet housing includes lower reirc door mopar 5073225ab, next housing distribution inc doors, gears, actuator cover, seals and cams. mopar 4885488aa, and blower motor housing 5136108aa. These are just guess's because i did not have the vin number. Because these part numbers are from the dealer star parts.
