This summer, I traded my 2007 Grand Caravan for a 2010 Hero Living in Vermont, it has been my practice to use snows mounted on steel rims for winter. Back in 2008, I went all out and purchased the TPMS sensors, 16" steel wheels and tires. Today, I found out that the wheel bolt patterns are not the same, even though the diameter is stil 16". Before I go any further, I would like to find out if the 2007 TPMS sensors will work with the 2010 system. I have seen some references to a 433 hhz system on 2008 and 2009 vans but not sure how to find out what I had with the 2007 and what is on the 2010. Anyone have any idea? Thanks.
