Bought a Used '06 Grand SXT...feature and liftgate question
Hello all,
Bought a used '06 Grand SXT last week that was kept in tip top shape by an older gentleman and while the owner manual and everything else was in the car I can't find out one tidbit of information. The overhead computer display (trip, mpg, etc...) shows DTE (destination to empty), but is this number to absolute 0 fuel - van "dies" at 0 - or is this without the reserve factored in (I'm hoping there is a reserve!).
For the liftgate question - I know the one on the van was replaced and now the gate looks slightly shifted left - there is a larger gap on the right side than the left (difference is about 1/2 the thickness of a BIC pen). The gate closes if "slammed down hard enough" but just letting the gate drop closed won't fully latch it. Is there any play possible by loosening the top 6 bolts where it attaches to the back body and "nudging the door right a bit"?
