same van as my signature, all seats recline, even the benches, but not the driver's seat. the hole where the lever goes through the trim on the seat like the passenger's side does is covered by a plug, with no obvious shaft behind it to attach a lever to, am I missing something, or is the lever supposed to be there, but isn't? there appear to be no power seat buttons on the seat anywhere...

 

just replace the seat. obviously something is missing. pretty much all minivan front seats have front recline. someone probably broke the lever (happens a lot) then plugged the hole
