Default Valve Body won't Drop

I have a 1996 3.0 liter Dodge Caravan (3 speed) (A670) and I have attempting to replace the pressure governor housing and values. However, I cannot seem to get the valve body loose in order to drop.

What I have done:

1) Pan is off (daaah)

2) The 7 bolts holding the valve body in place are off.

3) I loosed the Park/neutral/start/backup switch to take pressure of the valve body.

4) I removed the parking rod.

5) And I loosed the governor tube lines.

It seems to be the opposite side of the valve body (and governor tube lines) which is not wanting to give.

What am I missing in order to drop the whole valve body down?

Thank you for your feedback!
