Question Noise / Crunch from Front-Right Wheel Spring?

While driving my 2002 Dodge Caravan SE and going over bumps i can hear a crunch coming from the front right wheel area. While parked I've gone to that side and began pressing down on the hood and can recreate the sound with each push. It sounds like the springs need some oil or something:

What could be causing that sound? On a quick visual inspection the spring looks fine but maybe something is loose up there? What's your suggestion?

Besides the noise the car runs fine. No driving issues.

Thank you
