Does anyone have an idea on the cost of having a 1990 dodge caravan transmission rebuild? Thanks

 

Call the dealer and ask them the price of a reman transmission. You get a 3 year and 100k warranty. Then you need to find someone to replace it. Do not pay more than 5 hours labor. If you have a shop rebuild the transmission, the warranty is only 1year/12k.

 

about 800 i paid to rebuild my 96, mind you i took it out and reinstalled it myself. I just left the rebuilding to the shop
