Not good news for dealers, techs, advisors and managers who have to hear the cursing and irate people who can't drive their car because there are no parts and on intergalactic backorder,


...only then after the customer calls Chrysler to complain, to have a Cares rep throw the dealer service depts. under the BUS by pulling magical parts from their asses, that before didn't exist on our online parts catalog.


Chrysler won't feel a thing compared to what we do, I can assure you.

 

Sounds frustrating as ell. Chrysler Cares winds up the hero while you guys in the trenches look like useless schmucks when in reality Chrysler Corp are the real schmucks. Customers come away thinking dealerships are of no help, Chrysler is using cheap parts, can't replace them when needed, and it takes an act of congress to get their vans fixed. Not a lotta love left for Chrysler in those circumstances.
