its right there in the diagram the pink doesnt go TO anywhre it comes FROM the BCM.
its fused Battery+ so it should be hot at all times
is fuse #15 10A blown?
you'll find it under the hood in the PDC
or just run a wire through the firewall from battery positive to your new radio slap an inline fuse(10A) along the new wire and be done with it

Running the wire for the radio will fix that problem i guess, but would like to fix all the issues. Update, I just tried a few things, and here is what i know now.
If you leave the headlight switch on after turning the key off, the constant power to the locks and interior lights works fine. As soon as you turn the light switch off the interior lights all go off even if the doors are open and the power door locks won;t work. The pink/black stripe wire coming out from the power distribution center has power on it. it goes in with the rest of the wires into the fender.
