Trying to help my cousin with his van, mainly looking at where to start so we don't toss money at the van. Intermittant slippage at highway speeds reared its head this weekend. ok around town it appears. thank you for any info, Jim

Did the ck engine lite come on? Maybe you are feeling the lock-up on the torque converter.

Not sure what the problem is but the transmission was replaced by Dodge 2 years a go so it seems like there is issues with this transmissions . The van drives ok around town but after a while the van feels like slipping out of gear radical shifting hard to explain but it seems way to soon to be having problems again. Need help.

If the transmission was replaced by dodge two years ago, then you maybe still under the 3 years or 100k warranty. I would have the dodge dealer take a look at it and then post their findings.
