Having to guess on how much torque I am using on the strut mounting plate nut (the one where when you tightem the spindle spins). Design of this mount wont allow me to do the ole stick an extension bar and socket thru the larger socket. I have an air wrench but when I tighten it should the top be loose enough to allow it to turn on the mounting plate? Or should it be very snug and can't be able to turn the mount by hand?

if your talking about this nut in the picture, the torque is 75 ft lbs
