Question 05 dodge grand caravan help please

Here is the issue. My wife was driving, the van started to act as a plug wire was pulled. Rough idle. Actually i have to keep it running by pumping the fuel. I did the obd2 thing. Error code p0301, misfire #1 cyl. I replaced the coil and plugs. No help. Did a fuel test, 60 psi steady, not sure if thats correct. The book says it is, but when i read specs on new pumps the min is 90psi...which one is it?. I tested the injector, its ok. My next step is a compression check. But anyone that has any ideas please let me know. No other error codes came up. 122k on the van, ran great before this issue.

3.6 liter.....i haven't ruled anything out yet....was reading some other post on here.....the guy had a broken valve spring, my symptoms and his are identical. the compression test should tell me whats going on if there is an issue. I will post my progress so others can see and hopefully it helps someone

3.3 or 3.8?
a broken valve spring will cause a miss
a compression test will confirm the ability of the cylinder to make pressure

you did plugs and coil but reused wires?
try swapping #1 wires around with another of similar length and see if missfire code moves with the wire

I did swap wires, actually have wires around here. Didn't have the tester at that time, but no change in performance. I usually would change out the wires, but I am out of work, so cash is tight. Doing a compression test in a couple hours. 3.8 liter, sorry typo earlier.

Broken valve spring.....and also a broken rocker arm for the same spring....not sure which one went first or why they broke. Wear and tear?

ya wear n tear they arent exactly at the most ideal angles, causes a bit of stress on em. spring most likely gave out 1st.

should be a cheap fix (dont let the valve drop when you remove spring and retainer)
or put that cylinder to TDC and you wont have to worry
