2003 Town and Country 3.8 misfire; Out of ideas! Help!

ok, replaced plugs and wires, plugs were really bad, still rough idle but smoothes out when you hit higher rpm, ??? any suggestions ?
U got to have a Vacuum leak then. With the Evap code, check evap hose.
When it idles rough, Spray some liquid around Hose area, and seals, see if anywhere you spray changes the idle quality. And also try to Pinch the PCV hose.
Do a compression test......Same issue with mine.....cracked valve spring and rocker arm....I installed new plugs before i did the comprestion test, obviously it was no help, but when i pulled the plugs again they were real black with soot. The motor was trying to compensate for the misfire. This response was to the first guy who posted.
