alternator or pulley?
3.8 caravan '06---alternator making noise, sprayed wd on it--noise stopped for 10 seconds.
do i need to replace pulley or alternator or ???
if alternator, won't pulley just turn because the crank shaft moves also.
what is best way to ensure movement is stopped so i can turn bolt on pulley if needed. I have no gun.
