Thats what I use. I spary it on a rag first. I also use a little silicone spray to lub the valve to keep it from sticking at idle.

I use carb cleaner too, with a rag.Unless the throttle body is really gum up, then i remove the throttle body and the TPS and idle speed motor and it good with a tooth bush and carb cleaner.

YIKES PAPADUCK! Don't spray silicone in there. That'll ruin the Oxygen sensor.

Excerpt from the web:

What will damage my O2 sensor?

Home or professional auto repairs that have used silicone gasket sealer that is not specifically labeled "Oxygen sensor safe", "Sensor safe", or something similar, if used in an area that is connected to the crankcase. This includes valve covers, oil pan, or nearly any other gasket or seal that controls engine oil.

Thankx motorhead. I will find something else to use. Did not know that it could damage the oxygen sensor. I did not spray it in, sprayed it on a rag then wiped the valve with it.
