I would say that is what you're going to do unless you post some test results of some kind.

How did you determine it was not getting fuel? What did your pressure tester say? Did you actuate the injectors and see it not working? Did you use a test light and check for ASD voltage? Do you have continuity to the PCM on the control side? What difference does it make what the compression was 2 weeks ago (when the car was running fine?

Look...there's no secret 3.3L knowledge we're not sharing with you here. Running problems require diagnosis and testing. A single cylinder misfire could be a number of things. From reading this thread, not ONE of them have been checked properly (if at all) yet or given us anything to go on. All we know is you have a #2 misfire.

.
I appriciate the advice. At first, I thought it was coil-related. I was thinking sure if these engines shared one firing signal between two cylinders, if it says it's having a problem w/#2, the problem could be with it's opposite cylinder?? Anyway, I did it old school.... cut off each injector, until I found one that was bad. When you're car is miles away in a barn, and all you have over there is a small tool box of sockets/wrenches, sometimes you gotta think outside the service manual troubleshooting recommendations.

On the bright side, I saved a $100 tow-bill, a diagnostic fee, and a bit of cash for a few new parts it didn't need, but would be replaced in an effort of narrowing down the problem.

All the best guys.

Essentially what you did was an Injector Kill Test. That's a good place to start.
