Welcome to DF
There was a fuel rail recall, but its for the 1996 thru 2000 minivans. The recall number was RC895.

How does that recall apply to a 1995? My folks had a 91 dynasty that developed a leak at the rail where it's crimped together. There is no fix and Chrysler was the only source for a new rail which was really expensive. My dad took a chance on a junkyard rail and it was good.

Bing search netted a lot of common posts. http://www.bing.com/search?q=3.3+chr...c=IE-SearchBox
