How much do you owe? what is ur Finance rate?
most importantly, did you finance thru Chrysler or the Bank?
Tho, i think ur best bet is find a friend or family to just take the car and take over the monthly payment.
Anyway, I hope you get well soon! take care!
health is way more important than a car. Just let the bank re-po it if you have to.

your credit goes to **** if they re-po ur car. The bank will auction the car off, and if the car sells for less than what u owe (which it will), they will send you letter to ask u to fetch the bill.
But then again, this is USA, you do not go to jail like Germany, and there will be no thugs waiting in front of ur house to collect money like Asia.
At this point, I think you shouldn't be worry about anything other than ur health.

sorry to hear about your situation. try talking to the dealer to see what they can do for you, chances are you'll lose a few thousand dollars if you return it, but having to deal with few thousand is better than $26,000.
since your in toronto, one there is a nonprofit organization called Car Help Canada run by a gentleman named Mohamed Bouchama that helps people with buying and selling cars, lease takeovers, or general help with their vehicles etc. So he might be able to help if you call him. I'm a member myself (used him to help buy my GC) and he's not a bad person but you'll probably have to pay a membership fee of $60 to join. It doesn't hurt to give him a call (416-651-0555) to see what he can do for you. You can see him every sunday on CP24 at 8pm on his talk show "Auto shop" where people call in with their questions (416-872-2724).
Good luck!!
