99 GC Sport Running horrid and Flooding plugs
New here and was looking for some help:
Two days ago I was on the highway and traffic was backed up in my lane I had to get in the other lane fast and punched it. It began to accelerate quickly as usual but then almost sounded like I lost a couple cylinders and was missing bad. I could barely keep it at speed. So I pulled off and could barely keep it running. I limped it to a parts store and had the codes check and only reference a bank running rich. I then had it towed home and began to work on it.
Pulled the plugs and found cyl 4 and 6 soaked. Went and got new plugs and wires. Still the same problem. Went and got a New coil pack and still the same problem. I'm at a loss as to what the problem could be But it seems for some reason those two cyl are not firing. Also the plug in cyl 2 is covered in black soot and it was new.
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to DF
I would do a compression test on all cylinder and post your readings. You could have injectors staying on all the time or something going on with rocker shaft.
